Since masks are a personally worn product all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If you feel you have a defect please contact us and we will gladly remedy.

We are proud to present this high-quality mask that is made with care and detail using higher quality materials and thicker vinyl.
Relator is washable and reusable. We recommend washing before first use to sanitize. Do not expose the vinyl window to extreme heat. Hang or air dry for best results in-between uses. A few droplets of liquid soap buffed dry helps eliminate condensation on the inside of the mask. Relator takes no responsibility for any fitment or alignment since facial structures greatly differ between wearers. Relator takes no responsibility for modification or soap application that might affect any user to avoid condensation. Relator is not a replacement for medical grade protective equipment. Relator does not prevent nor replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19 or any other airborne or transmittable diseases.
